Procurely AI started inside a multi-site healthcare operator. The team watched as telecom invoices ballooned, cloud bills doubled year-over-year, and SaaS renewals auto-renewed at full retail — all while clinicians were being asked to do more with less.
The traditional sourcing playbook — an annual RFP, a consultant or two, a binder of recommendations — couldn't keep pace. So we built our own AI engines to do the work continuously, at scale, across thousands of contracts. Today those engines power hundreds of healthcare organizations.
